ok.. 1 down, 2 to go to hit my goal
They still have a better class than Purdue
If Hackenbush decommits, then I'll totally throw in the towel for the next 4 years hahaha
recruiting is far from over haha... we'll have a good class coming in
LSU dismisses Tyrann Mathieu (or as the jackass media refers to him, the "Honey Badger") from the team...their secondary just became suspect in my book....
I did not think he was that great. He is good, but he was no way a Heisman candidate. It will def hurt them, but I never gave into his hype. It should not be a big surprise though, just another talented athlete throwing away their career for drugs.
In other news...Lane Kiffin still lacks morales...USC is perfect for him
USC wouldn't take him, and they don't need him. Pat Haden runs a tight ship over there nowadays.
still bitter abt kiffin going off to a MUCH better program?
USC taking it this year, esp now with LSU's weakened D
Lane Kiffin isn't the same guy he was at Oakland or UT. Haden has given him a short leash, and he's done very well under the circumstances & sanctions. The media has tried to bait him into controversial situations, and he's avoided most of them (including Jim Mora's recent attempt regarding the near-campus deaths). Just sounds like someone is bitter or not up to date on the facts.
Can't wait to see what USC does, it's going to be very tough for them to have to play Oregon twice just to reach the national championship game...but if anyone can do it, it's them. Hopefully their younger guys on the defensive line can step up big time, that's their only obvious weakness (although a dangerous weakness to have).
I was not talking about USC taking Honey Badger (he won't be able to play Div 1 anyways) I was talking about how Kiffin got caught in a lie this week.
Nope not bitter, I am glad he is gone, I never liked him anyways because he would of driven UT to the ground with his violations. UT is a much harder school to recruit for since it is in the SEC and has no in-state talent. He would of never survived under the pressure because he is not an SEC guy.
Same guy different team. We will see what kinda leash he is on once they are no longer under investigation (hence the leash). But of course he is doing good, anybody can recruit at USC with their local talent. But yes you are right, if any team can lose it under pressure and not make it to the NC game, it is USC. I am interested in seeing what will happen with recruiting the next few years because they really start to hurt after this year.
