I thought there was differences with the way it fit? Like I knew it bolted right up but I thought the difference were beyond that. Guess not

Since you're answering my question about the h series. What would I need? Its hard to find a 6gen around here. I see a lot of preludes that's why I ask, because they are almost identical.

For automatic. I would rather buy a whole new car than go through the process of doing a 5spd swap. Being a student I don't have much to spare.

Rebuild it or replace it. In your case, replacing it would probably be the better option. You can only use the F23 trans.

It's looking like the OP wants to keep it auto......although, not sure why if you are doing an H swap.

Not everyone has to want a manual

But agreed in that an H swap to keep it auto is pointless.
