This thread is for the golfers of the 6ga community. I play golf all the time and I know a few others on here do as well. Post pictures, score cards, videos, courses and their locations and discuss anything you want about your golf game. In here we can talk about how you strengthened your game and what critiques youve taken and applied to your game to help you cut down on strokes!

Last weekend I played at Los Rios Country Club in Plano, TX. I shot a 93 with two pars on the day and two putted most greens. Overall, it was a great day! This weekend I will be playing Firewheel Golf Course in Garland, Tx. Its a 71 par course with many rolling par 4's and difficult par 3's. looking forward to it!

Anyways guys, post the courses you play and score cards. Lets talk golf.

I'm turrible, 50 handicap on a par 71. My iron shots are pretty weak and 3 putting is the norm.

More time on the links would help but I need a more budget friendly way of getting my strokes in. I want to get in the habit of stopping by the course 2-3 times a week to work on their putting green and their chipping green since that's where most of my problems lie. That and getting my driver straightened out....

I played last week on an executive course and had some fun, took me almost the entire front 9 to warm up, back nine was a mix of bogeys and pars. hope to play again next week (groupon ftw)

    Sweet thread!

I'm awaiting the season to start again here. Not only for me to play, but also because I work at my communities course.

Here's a pick of my latest baby :naughty:

Luckily I do with mine as well :lawl:

I was skeptical buying a $180 club with only practice in dicks indoor range, thingy. But I've gotten great 270+, decently straight and consistent, results. Which is good for me. Helped my game around 5-7 stokes per game on average I'd say.

So Razr X black, nice *** drive. My only regret was going with the 10.5, wish I had gotten the 11.5 as I have a little trouble with lift, but its no matter.

I love the slow fade and distance i get woth the 10.5. I wouldnt change a thing about this club. Like i said, this driver an the 60 degree lob ive got greatly improved my game.

I just personally don't get the arch I wish I could get.. Although at that point I could be sacrificing distance. So I'm probably just fine where I am as well.

Another good investment is the backyard net. Since I back up to woods it doesn't even matter if I slice and miss.

Or I'll hit into the woods with no net since I get like new used balls for free. By the trash bag :lawl:

Yea, thatd be a good idea but i live in a condo so... :lawl: . I just need to get out to the range more and work on my fairway woods and putting. Ive got a carbite half moon weighted putter. Thinking about switching to a Ping blade though. Id rather feel my putts than rely on my putter.
