Oil pump failure? or High flow pump needed

you can do that as long as the crank isn't scored.

if the crank is scored you're pulling it and sending it off to be resurfaced, then oversized bearings.

at that point it might be rebuild time.

f that, id rather just buy a new crank and get some nice acl race bearings.

If you are loosing oil pressure there can only be 2 causes. Either your oil pump is on its way out or you are starting to get excessive rod/crank bearing clearance. Which could lead to a spun bearing. How many miles are on your motor?

I think this is more likely but im no expert. I know I didn't have any issues with oil pressure on my setup. Im also not making near as much power as you but id like to know what your issue was because im currently doing my rebuild so when you find out update us so I can plan accordingly.
