I've been trying to diagnose why, since I replaced all my turn signals with LED bulbs, the turn signal indicators on the cluster show up faintly whenever the parking lights are on. Now I've forgotten since it was a good while back already but I think whenever the parking lights are on the turn signal bulbs are supposed to be on solid as well (at least on EX.) Can anyone else with an EX and stock lighting confirm that to be the case? My working theory is that for some reason, as the LED turn signal isn't coming on, that somehow that's tied into why the indicators on the cluster are lit. The lights have all been working fine with the flasher relay but I don't like not knowing why something is happening.

Yes, the corner lights come on with the parking lights. Dual filament bulb. Did you put in a resistor along with the LEDs to avoid hyper flashing? Also, there are different circuits for the turn signal and parking lights at the bulb. The LEDs should have separated circuitry to allow proper function. Its probably the wrong type of LED bulb in the socket.

Didn't use resistors, did use an LED compatible flasher relay. The bulbs are 1157 dual intensity. I just never remembered it was dual intensity. Now I need to find out why it's not lighting with the parking lights.

Interesting... Sounds like gremlins to me.
You could check your grounds and stick the old relay with regular incandescent bulbs in there to see if the problem still exists with a stock setup.

Problem ended up being crappily designed bulbs backfeeding power.
