The car will not idle if you get it above 2000 rpm it stays running fine. below 2000 it misses like crazy and if you don't open the throttle all the way it will eventually stall. I have a f23a4 running on an obd1 ecu. it was running before I started my most recent build. I have a Top dead center code, I already replaced the crank position sensor and it did not help. I removed the intake manifold and all wiring connected to the manifold and now it is having the issue. I also removed my egr valve and abs module. Is wiring needed for the egr delete? update: I think it maybe just a fuel issue. not sure why it threw a tdc code.
most likley an intake leak, you removed the full intake manifold? running a obd1 ecu with a home made blocked egr valve no problem. you make shure you used a gasket on the EGR blockoff plate ?
