Reverse lights do not work

Hi. My reverse lights do not work. The fuses are fine. Bulbs are good. What could be the problem?

So they were working, and then they stopped? Any recent mods or work done on the car? Try checking the harnesses as well.

Agreed i would check your wiring harness that runs along the trunk hinge. Alot of times it can get pinched and short the wiring.

in a manual yes. in an auto i believe the switch is picked up by the gear selehace a buddy put the car in reverse and with a test light or multimeter check for power on the reverse light socket.

ive had a customers car today that was doing the same thing and the sockets where both bad and caused the bulbs to blow out aswell
