Thanks, Taseen! Sometimes, I hear people saying that the later J-series motors made after J32's in the year around '03+ are pretty much drive by wire, and those cars tend to have a little annoying throttle hang, when you let off the gas, which feels kind of bad. Maybe that's something you're experiencing? But I've seen both stock 3G TLS6 vs 2G CLS6 being a dead heat, too though. I hear that the J32a2 is the best motor to build it, but it lacks the ECU tuning. Overall, the J32a2 is a great motor for the lighter 6GA; it's a match made in heaven -- a heavenly winning power-weight ratio. Oh, how about chipping your TL with Hondata or something then? That might be fun, if it's compatible.
Yep the DBW is something I'm not the biggest fan of. The throttle automatically adjusts based on how you drive and if you're doing city driving it adjusts accordingly and gets sluggish. There's a quick throttle relearn I do weekly now that peps the car back up. I think I'll do a pedal commander first before Hondata since there's a $400 difference and the TL will be mostly stock minus an Endless RPM exhaust I preordered and some aesthetic mods.
I also finally unboxed my supercharger I bought back in 2018 lol. I'll throw that on next spring once I'm sure the swap is running smoothly without CELs. Might just run it with the ESM piggybag or considering going Haltech since AEM discontiued the ecu for our cars.
Question about your 3.7 IM....do you have the IMRC wired up? I pulled the IMRC Module box out of my CL to put into my Accord to keep the IMRC working factory-like, I was wondering if you rewired that box to work with the 3.7 manifold.
