Rebel's arent "little time" especially with the results you are getting. I would try using some extra grip to loosen the grip dial. Like one of those rubber can opener thingys. The grip on my XTi used to stick like a mofo and that was the only way I could get if off because I tightened it down too much. Did you use your 18-55 for this shot?

Nah this was with my brother's 10-22. I'd probably have to use the third pole to use my 18-55. I plan on trying it though because I won't always have the 10-22 on me.

Isnt the 10-22 such a gem? I have NEVER had a bad shot shooting with mine (my sister has it now).

Here's mine:

I have three 55" sections of aluminum pipe that thread together, so it's a lot easier to transport when taken apart.
