RL caliper fitment!

So my rl calipers hang a little off the Rotor itself. i remember reading Up that the pad should hang off but im not sure. I'm also a little confused on where my washers go.

The pad can hang off the rear, but I would adjust the washers to get as much of the pad on the rotor as possible.
