ROTM... only Biased for accords only?

i kinda agree with steve though....

most of the ROTM winners are up entirely to the members to nominate pertaining to the specific category of the month

but the non-6ga car rotm sounds pretty cool though....i mean we do have some members who used to be accord owners and stuff

I would be up for allowing a non-6thgen in I guess... but how the ROTM are going to be, it's all based on themes so they might not even qualify for a while...

But no to a dedicated non-6thgen ROTM. They gotta go up agaisnt accords, and it'll probably take a lot to win out over the accords

they've had other rides that weren't accords.. there was supposedly an EVO as ROTM once.. and that's a 4 banger.

Now.. seeing that the honda can have the same J series, has the same chassis, along with almost everything else.. why not? If I were you shove a J30 with the 4spd auto in there, would you consider it an accord if I debadged it? Other than the VIN, what else is there?

I say let non-6thgenners enter. It's just a matter of nominations though. But yeah, no to the dedication for an entire ROTM for just non-accord drivers. But definitely let them enter (if they get nominated)

wtfukc. just cause its 6thgenaccord.com doesnt mean it has be to a 6ga. look at v6p. its V6performance and dre won rotm with a 4banger. a tsx won rotm @ clubrsx.

so i say yes to having other cars as ROTM

i think we could have a non 6g rotm, just as long as there are enough cars for it.

i dont think we should dedicate a month to the non accords... but if your car is nice and deserves some props, i dont think it should be prohibited from entering.

I agree with all of you. I think it's great that we have people as members that own different makes and models just because it's a great community to BS about cars, life, etc.

Maybe instead of making a theme of "Best Non 6GA", we should just make the themes broader. Such as, instead of "Best West Coast Accord", we make it "Best West Coast Members Ride"......or some ****.

But whatever, lets more accommodating, and less like Nazi Germany.
