Should I uninstall my second battery?

I can get an OEM alternator for $200 from Majestic Honda shipped. Or I could go with the eBay alternator for $160 shipped.

Got the second battery and capacitor uninstalled yesterday. My current 7 year old rewound 150 amp alternator is still able to charge the 6 year old Odyssey battery. Passed a load test done with A/C on max while playing Lil Wayne's 6 Foot 7 Foot.
