side mirrors from accord vii

Hello guys,
Have any of you tried to install side mirrors from 7th generation to 6th? If it is possible?

I thought I heard somewhere the 7GA mirrors are similar to TSX mirrors (the latter of which people have fitted), but I could be wrong. Anyway here's a couple threads with some good info:
