That was fast haha, congrats. Nice upgrade, those headlights are so much nicer. Were you able to grab the wheels and other parts off the FRS before it was towed away?

i did think about it :lawl: i've grown to like the kouki front though

yeah, man. i needed a car asap and thankfully this one was local and checked all two of my boxes...white and 6mt :lawl: i'm glad insurance worked quickly for me as well.

the headlights are great. they're led and the high beams work so much better than the ones in the frs headlights. and they look better too, so win/win :lawl:

the wheels on the frs when it was totaled were oem frs wheels. i actually bought them as a second oem set strictly for snow tires and only paid $100 for the whole set :lawl: one of them was slightly curbed, but i didn't care as they were just going to be used during winter. i do still have the original wheels that came on the frs though, and they're in good condition, so those will get a new set of snows since my last set went with the frs to the salvage yard. still have the rpf1s too and they're not going anywhere. why buy new wheels when you can just buy a new car? :lawl:

i did grab what wasn't bolted down though. i had modification coverage on the frs, so basically everything but the weathertech mats and trunk liner, broadway mirror, and my shift knob went with the it. i'm sure any of the suspension stuff i had on it was tweaked as well and i wouldn't want to use that on the 86.

O yea, duh the stock wheels were in the pics. I'm amazed you found what you wanted so fast. Or maybe these cars aren't that hard to find, I don't know. If my car met that fate, that would be it as I have not seen any other white on red 6MT's. Like at all haha.

Good call on the modification coverage, I will have to look into that.

The tail lights are nicer too on these newer ones. Glad things have worked out for you, despite everything.

Too much stock. Needs more JDM decals and fender flares.
