I have these exact springs and upper control arms on my Accord. Quality parts.

The Ingall's kit allows for -2° to +4° of camber adjustability, though.

I have a set of them on my BC Racing coilovers, the extreme drop edition. At the highest setting you'll be tucking tire. I can't remember my spring rates, 14k front and 12k rear with 32-way adjustable dampening. They're STIFF! Strictly meant to keep the car from bottoming out while being so low.

Isn't the extreme low kit like a bonus add-on when you order them? Does that cost any more than the standard BC's

I don't think it costed more. You just let them know that's what you want. The Swift springs were an extra $400. The BC springs are good from what I read, but don't come in custom rates. In case you're interested in these, they have to be assembled and took about six weeks to make it to my door. Also, the BC doesn't stand for Buddy Clubs.

The extreme drop kit is an extra $75, or at least it was, might have changed. Standard BC springs do come in custom rates, just limited lengths and rates. That's really just when you get to the higher rates and short spring lengths though. Swift springs are just a higher quality linear spring, which in return give you a smoother ride. That's why they cost more.
