Dont pour oil in the filter, but its not a bad idea to lubricate the gasket with a little oil.

i wouldn't run honda mtf in my transmission. i use gm synchromesh friction modified. by far the best fluid, you can flat foot shift through the gears and it shifts like butter. i originally used the honda synchromesh fluid in my tranny, it was terrible so i switched to gm and its so much better. for oil, all motor run synthetic mobile1 with either a k&n filter, mobile1, or an oem filter.
