Some guy managed to fit the J35a8 in his prelude. I'm not 100% on the J37.

What you can do is build a J32 with a J37 bottom end... like the one for sale here:

It'll fit. Probably on stock mounts. The electronics get complicated though.

I would imagine that the ecu would be complicated but you could just get a slightly bulged hood.
