Swapping a 2003 v6 accord manual trans into 2000 accord v6 automatic

I was just curious if I could swap a 2003 Honda accord v6 manual transmission into my 2000 Honda accord v6 automatic Ik I will need to do lots of stuff like making a hole for the shifter and installing a clutch pedal my main question is are these two transmissions compatible without major modifications

At this point in time, you're better off just swapping the motor with the trans. Hard to find a full CLS to swap over, but plenty of J32a2s that can mate to a 7G Accord 6mt. You'll need a standalone ecu since it's impossible to find a RichieV6 module to make the stock harness work.

This thread details everything needed to swap just the transmission to a CLS 6spd but people mate a 03 Accord MT to the J32a2 so I dont see why it wouldn't mate to a j30a1.
