I think that if you are using an f/h series transmission case, they are all the same dimensions, meaning that if you swap a motor and trans of the same series into the chassis, you need to use the chassis' drivetrain as the dimensions of the drivetrain are according to the chassis' wheelbase. So, if you use a different chassis' axles, they won't line up with your chassis' wheelbase. I'm fairly sure every f/h series block has locations to bolt up the half shaft and in my experience, all of the half shafts match up in length. I am using a CG half shaft on my h22 in my CG chassis and a cb7 half shaft on my h22 in my cb7 chassis. Regardless of the f/h trans, always go with the chassis' drivetrain.
