Does anybody know if you can buy the T5 chip separately from the key if all we need is the transponder? I bought 2 switchblade cases and am having my local automotive locksmith cut them for me ue to it being significantly cheaper then going to the dealer. The switchblades don't come with te T5 chip so I'd really rather buy the chip then a whole key just to tear it apart cuz that seems wasteful. Thank you all in advance your replies.
