    EZ Refried Beans

"Ranch Style" beans (in the canned veggies aisle)

Cook on medium in a small pot. When they start to boil at the edges, mash the beans with a potato masher. They are cheap, buy one.

Keep mashing until all beans are mashed and it looks like mushy soup. Make sure you stir the bottom while you do this.

Once the beans are all mashed, just continue to stir until they start to get thick.

They will get thicker when you pull them off the stove, so don't let it go too far.

You can add onions or jalapenos if you want, but they have alot of flavor to start.

    Chile con Queso

1 stick Velveeta cheese food product simulant
1 can Rotel chiles and tomatoes
Crock Pot or 1 quart pot

Cut Velveeta into 1 inch cubes, put in pot on low heat, add rotel.

It will take a while to melt the cheese flavored plastic that is Velveeta, but you really, really don't want it to burn, so keep stirring the bottom.

Ready to serve when well mixed. You can add some milk to thin it out if you want.

Good with tortilla chips or on top of fajitas.

    Easy Beef Jerky:
    By: Justin B. Miller

    Difficulty Scale: 3/10
    Prep Time: 5 hours
    Cooking time: 4-6 Hours

    4 Pound Beef Roast
    1 Cup Soy Sauce
    1 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tsp Onion Powder
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1 Tsp Sea Salt
    1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Tsp Curry Powder
    1 Box of tooth picks

    1. Trim your roast of all the fat. It would be best to find a very lean roast so you have to do as little of this as possible. Then, cut the roast into long strips no more than 1/4" thick.

    2. Combine all wet and dry ingredients in a bowl.

    3. Place beef strips into a freezer bag (I like to use the ones with the zipper because they have less of a tenancy to leak) and pour your marinade over the beef and seal the bag removing as much air from the bag as possible. Place in refrigerator for four hours.

    4. While your meat is marinading, soak your toothpicks in cold water so they don't burn in the oven.

    5. Preheat oven to 150*F and place oven rack all they way to the top of the oven (if you have two racks in your oven, remove one of them). Line the bottom of your oven with aluminum foil to catch any drippings.

    6. Next you are going to want to hang your strips of beef from the top oven rack for drying/dehydrating. Do this by putting a tooth pick through one end of the beef strip and hanging the strip from the rack by the tooth pick. Cook for 4-6 hours @ 150*F until the meat has dried (the meat should not be greasy when done).

roll ice cream into balls however you like em.
freeze them for about 20 minutes.
put egg into a bowl and whip it untill youre satisfied
use whatever cereal you like, i used frosted flakes.
take out the ice cream then dip into egg then coat it with CRUSHED cereal
freeze them for about 20 more minutes
repeat the dipping into egg and coating it with crushed cereal.
    freeze for another 20 minutes.
deep fry it until it turns golden brown
