EZ Refried Beans "Ranch Style" beans (in the canned veggies aisle) Cook on medium in a small pot. When they start to boil at the edges, mash the beans with a potato masher. They are cheap, buy one. Keep mashing until all beans are mashed and it looks like mushy soup. Make sure you stir the bottom while you do this. Once the beans are all mashed, just continue to stir until they start to get thick. They will get thicker when you pull them off the stove, so don't let it go too far. You can add onions or jalapenos if you want, but they have alot of flavor to start.
