Does it make a difference if you have headers and intake for a spacer? I saw the link for the maxbore for a killer deal. What about the one on ebay? The obx spacer?

Agreed,

I picked up one for 10 bucks the Helix Type 1. It's all for the noise. But I woudn't pay anymore than 10 bucks again... it's just not worth it

I just installed a spacer and my idle is rolling can someone help? I think I may have tightened it to tight damaging the gaskets and creating a leak? Anyone?

This thread is OVER A YEAR OLD! Your throttle cable is probably too tight now, pulling the throttle plate open a little creating a vacuum leak, and your ECU is cutting fuel to keep it from reving up at idle, which is the source of your 'rolling' idle.
