I have some 18x7.5 wheels i'm lookin to get rubber for. Teh offset is ghey but imma add spacers. I had 225/35s on it before, would 205s be too much or should i go with 215s? And can anybody recommend a tire? I was interested in some BFG g-Force T/A KDW but a friend said he would recommend them and recommended some proxy 4s.....thoughts and suggestions greatly appreciated.

i fvcking HATED my Proxes 4's.......

I'm thinking you could do 205's..... since 215 is like the "normal" size for 7.5", hell I have 225 on 8" wheels and they are not stretched in the least.

what wheels are they, and what's the offset? anything greater than +40 on a 18x7.5 will need a massive spacer (>20mm) to justify a stretched tire

yeah they're 42 i believe...they're getting ARP extended studs and pretty big spacers and more droppage.....

if you're getting a good deal on wheels, that's do-able. like goldenknight mentioned, a 205 40 should stretch a bit. if it were me, i'd throw a 215 on there and avoid stretch. it sounds like you're going for the aggressive look, but cambering/stretching a super skinny wheel/tire combo looks/functions odd, imho
