Trunk rust spot

Is this a hard thing to get fixed in my accord ? I believe all they have to do is cut a square were the rust is and weld in a new piece of metal?

First step find out how the water is getting in and stop it!

Depending if you care about the spare being bolted in or not you could probably clean/cut the rust out and fiberglass over the hole. Other option is take it to a body shop but it could cost a lot.
