Water leak

since last saturday i havent drove my honda accord coupe 2002 and when i drove yesterday there was a puddle of water in the front and back seat of my car and im like WTF where this came from and it rain 3 days in a row last week and im trying to look where it came from and i cant find any leads. this F'd up my electronic motor to move my seat lucky it was adjusted for how i like it and also my passenger door would not unlock . any one ever had water leak into there car and know where the problem is?

Ive never had this happen but if you have one you could always check the sunroof seal (The rubber surrounding it) My dads old TL did the same thing. If not try the window seals.
