thanks man, I've always been an old school guy and this car seems to be the perfect sleeper opportunity. Your friend realizes that the Eclipse GSX (and the Plymouth Laser RS Turbo AWD) is the exact same thing mechanically as what I have right?

omg my coworker has the talon like yours. i always thought he bought a body kit front end but i guess it comes oem on some models.
ok his specs are something along the lines of this
hks custom adjustable shocks
custom springs with a custom spring rate
kosei lightweight rims
short shifter
painted fmic black
and maybe a few more items im forgetting
this car is super sleeper for sure!!
best part... 24psi pushing at least 400whp with a built head
he is currently working on a separate head and will be building the bottom end also
this my friends is a 12 sec car for sure for sure. ill take pics 2morrow and post them for you
i never liked this car until i saw his. and now you have the same bumpers and going in the same direction as him.

yeah, these are the OEM 1Ga bumpers, 24psi? on what turbo?
will do, unfortunately nothing will be happening until next summer as far as putting the motor back together.

he had a choice between his gsx and another TSi...he chose the eclipse because it was white....car turned out somehow to have a warrant on it from some lady who used to own it and used it for drug purposes or somethin...or so the cop said wen he pulled us over....."ive never heard a cop yell at me so loud to now answer my cell phone"

im sorta just the guy that goes thread to thread and reads everything but i had to leave a comment for this.
this is absolutley incredible. the whole idea of taking an essentially discarded car and bringing it back to life is a magnificent (and very noble) idea. its definatley something i'd love to do as i get older (and have money haha). good luck with everything, ill be checking back often!
