he had a choice between his gsx and another TSi...he chose the eclipse because it was white....car turned out somehow to have a warrant on it from some lady who used to own it and used it for drug purposes or somethin...or so the cop said wen he pulled us over....."ive never heard a cop yell at me so loud to now answer my cell phone"
oh ok, well then I'd wish I had gotten the Talon too :)

im sorta just the guy that goes thread to thread and reads everything but i had to leave a comment for this.

this is absolutely incredible. the whole idea of taking an essentially discarded car and bringing it back to life is a magnificent (and very noble) idea. its definitely something i'd love to do as i get older (and have money haha). good luck with everything, ill be checking back often!
thanks man, putting the body back together took about a week and a half but now I'm getting into the stuff that takes longer and more money as well. I just wanted something that I could build in my spare time while still being able to drive the Accord as a DD.

Damn dude, you're putting a lot of quality work into that thing. Keep it up!
thanks man, it's an ongoing process. I'm always learning more about this car and I just can't wait to get it running, even though that is a long ways away.

i forget what turbo it is. but he told me that he just downgraded his turbo to a smaller one. but now with the smaller one he can spool up much faster. im not sure but i believe he said the new turbo was 16g (not 24 psi anymore)

but damn with his old turbo ish was crazy fast. just got the car and he upgraded the turbo and worked on internals to hang with it. everything else that doesnt have to do with power is some cheap ebay stuff.

the launches are amazing, I'm swapping to a 4-bolt rear end when I get a chance and some cash,

nice, I'll look you up when I go parts shopping again.

the 16g isn't bad, it'll pull decent through the powerband. I'm looking at a bastard 20g for mine (20g wheel, 16g house).

I love 1G DSMs.

I hope to see something of AMS or Shepherd quality.

I wish I had that kind of money, but until I do I'll have to make do with skinny white farm kid quality.

very nice but I would rather continue my current project, a bastard20g F/I 2g piston swap and 1g big rods setup, I'm going all flat-black just my own super sleeper. One DSM at a time. Tell him to post his car on DSMtuners.com.
