And Ohio doesn’t have these hellish inspections I’m always hearing about, thank God. Midwest ftw.

I wish they'd have some form of inspections...some of the Ohio cars driving around here look like they could fall apart at any second. Half of them are missing headlamps and front bumpers or taillights...hood's are held down just with a piece of rope tied to who knows what under the car.

I have 5% all around 35% whole front windshield.......wow florida really dont give a flyin **** bout what we do to our cars....

Cops here ALWAYS check our tags first to see if it's from florida or alabama before looking at the tint. lol
I had 14% for like a year because I bought my car out of florida, but eventually I ran into a road block and a state trooper gave me a "fix-it" ticket. :/ Then I put like 30 is the legal limit I think. Whatever I could get dark enough.
Now my new car has no tint. fishbowl ftw. :lawl:

actually I hated no tint on my last car, but this black one doesn't look half bad without tint.

Luckily for Florida guys Alabama has that respect law or whatever, pretty much if I had a Florida tag my tint could be as dark as I wanted.
Esco lemme get an old tag. :lawl:

This is some hilarious ****.

Mike, I don’t think I’m enough of a jerk to just pull a fast one on someone like that. But you’re right, I was missing the point, not doing anything with emblems is the ONLY way it could work. But I’m not an ***hole. :lawl: What if the person selling it shows up an it’s a sweet old lady? :lawl:

Or even if I did do it, it could still be a guy that shows up and says…wait a minute there sport, the emblems on your car aren’t gold!? Then I have to play dumb. lol

Not doing it, end of story. The search continues…

@Tyler…
Is having no reverse lights illegal? Yes. Is having no front license plate illegal? Yes. Do I care? Not one bit. Just have to make sure I don’t back into anyone, lol. And Ohio doesn’t have these hellish inspections I’m always hearing about, thank God. Midwest ftw.
This is the gayest thing ever. EVAR. if it's some old lady, even better. She definitely wont notice the difference. If it is some dude who notices, then, yeah, play dumb. No big deal. On with the search.

Should I do it? I'll do it. :p

I forgot Ohio has weird laws like that. Missouri has mandatory front plates and you cant have tint darker than 35% on the front 2. No law on the rears. I have 15 all the way around. The state senate or whatever is trying to abolish front plates as it would save the state a tit-load of money. And we have inspections. Good thing I know people. :hihi:

This. I love my fishbowl look....actually I'm just too cheap to pay for tint.:lawl:
I hate fishbowlin'. Gotta have my tints. I do all kinds of naughty things in my car and dont want people seeing me. Like pick my nose. And staring.

True that! Even registering a car from out of state, all you have to do in Nebraska is have a sheriff look at the VIN of your car and check the odometer with the title and you're off. :D

Also, for residue removal, look for some stuff called goof off at the hardware store ... turns any adhesive to a gel that will come right off.
