-sharpie
-dremel
-first place the front lip on the front bumper and step back to study the body lines
-once you think you have a good idea of all the body lines start drawing what you think needs to be cut out on the lip to match the body lines you are working with.
(remember less is more, its easier to cut more off then to add more)
this was the first night after about 2 hours of work

and after paint and rounding off the the cut area
