Alright.. so I finally got the car to start....and it died on me after a few seconds of start. All the cable to the battery is cut and replaced some new ends. The car cranks and had a hard time to start. Gave it some starter fluid and it started to run. Then it dies. Starting to think it's the fuel pump? Or am I wrong?

Or, on some cars you can access the 'switch on' terminal, opposite bolt from big wire one. Use a light...

Stay off?
Dead solenoid.
Turn on (w/ key)?
Dead starter motor.

Check for light AT wire first, or dead cable.
Hook other end of light to a ground.

Either way, get a new starter.

Check for fuel pressure, no gauge req'd, push valve: gas sprays you have pressure

No spray, check power to pump, yup? Then replace pump.

Checked the fuel pump and it was good..it made a "wheez" noise..also checked the relay and there was no cracked soldier. Turned the car on this morning. And it started running. Drove it to the cities and came back and nothing was wrong...
