nice gift man, i have a magnaflow catback as well, it was modified by the previous owner, who is a member on this board, and whatever he did to it is amazing because the exhaust noise is barely noticeable, just a low rumble at low rpms and at wot all u here is the intake, love it. enjoy yours man
