Check your air / fuel system. Start with the air filter, check the EGR port, check the IAC Valve, and maybe try a fuel additive that's supposed to clean out the fuel injectors for starters.

I had similar issues before in the past and for me it turned out to be a combination of clogged EGR port with bad EGR valve. Search around for some DIYs and further info on all this stuff. There's plenty here! .

Ughh gets on my nerves sometimes cause alot of the time mine just stays on and since it does sometimes I forget to actually take it off and almost stall out lol
