Motor mount fix!?

I have the 99 4cyl and I just wanted to know how easy it is to change the front drivers side motor mount by myself with a jack and a block of wood? It has a ring of oil around it which also means it's bad correct?

the rear mount is the only difficult one to replace from my understanding

Pretty much all there is to it. That's how I did mine.
