    I have a vast bugdet only thing is I don't wanna get real expensive wheels cuz where I stay n go to school there's a lot of shady people n don't even wanna look for problems although I have a garage bbs I was considering until I found the RS I can't find bbs thatre in good shape or new anywhere...

    exhaust is also a big deal, well for me it was my last civic got popped and had to get it reffed. cop threatened me cuz i said i didnt have to pop my hood:(

    yeah im four lug right now, but i always have the option of goin 5 lug, id just have to hit the junk yards or spend lots buying everything new initially i was gonna do the 5 lug conversion, but i got new tires so now i want rims haha suggestions?
