    Sorry I haven't visited in a while. to answer you questions... yes you have to cut some portions of your bumper to install the fog lights, so when you do this there's no going back. The bulbs that came with the kit are weak. I had to get a new pair. I didn't wanna deal with hiding the ballasts...
