Sorry I haven't visited in a while. to answer you questions... yes you have to cut some portions of your bumper to install the fog lights, so when you do this there's no going back. The bulbs that came with the kit are weak. I had to get a new pair. I didn't wanna deal with hiding the ballasts so i decided against HIDs. Bought a pair of luminics instead.
Good deal for the price. And yeah my razo shift knob spins...

Finally got the courage to do a retrofit. Used my old ballasts from ddm tuning,
the rest of the stuff i got from the retrofitsource.com. the hardest part was taking apart the headlights. Had to do it twice beacause of fogging/moisture
issues. While in the process of taking it apart for the 2nd time, i messed up the thread on one of the hex/locking nut so i had to order it and wait for a couple of days. But in the end, it was all worth it. very happy with the result. I love driving my car at night..
