use a torch to heat it up and get it broken loose, or if it is too far gone weld a nut to the bolt and get it off. Or you can try the rounded bolt extractors from sears, hammer on and turn off dont use an impact on this method.
Your turbo manifold was fabricated in house, just like the rest of your components. The wastegate placement is directly off the collector, and center, no boost creep issues and no crazy noise. Just for the record :)

I hope by front pulley, you mean tensioner pulley since you cant get rid of the actual balance shaft gear on the crank, since it triggers tdc and ckp i believe. You wont even notice they're gone.
