    That happened to me before. One of my hids didn't come on, and high beams were on dimmed, and wouldn't shut off. I replaced the ballast that was no good, and replaced both, left and right side fuses. Everything worked after that. Your cases seems strange though.... Try replacing that side...

    1) Power steering fluid needs to be filled up every 3-4 months. I looked for leaks in all the hoses, NOTHING. I bought car July 2011, put in fluid November, then had to put again this month. I still cant find any leaks anywhere. 2) Transmission going bad. (whats else is new with our cars?)...
