as far as performance goes, yes i do like it a lot better than auto but there really wasn't any power gain as per say since trans has nothing to do with creating power.
And about turbo, 6-7psi on stock internals you can do but as long you dont beat the living **** out of the car from signal to signal, you should be fine and if you do, you'll be needing a new motor soon.
If you are interested in a turbo setup i am selling mine for a good price. Everything is included and everything is brand name quality dyno proven products.
