What'd you do to your accord today?

Hmmm, in that case, I would recommend the Tein coilovers if you want to get a good drop, still be able to clear speedbumps and driveways without much problem. If you want to go a little lower I would say the function and form type 1's. I believe you can get those for about 550 USD. They also...

What'd you do to your accord today?

Many 6thgenaccord owners prefer the function and form type 1's. Those were my second suspension setup I had. I loved them because they could drop my car a lot but I didnt like the fact that they didnt have dampening adjustment. The ride was rough compared to the Teins I had before especially if...

What'd you do to your accord today?

I've had 3 different suspensions. First ones I had were the tein basic coilovers. They didnt slam my car but they gave me a nice drop and it was the smoothest suspension I have ever owned. They dont make those coilovers anymore but they do make the Tein street advance and tein street basis. Both...

What'd you do to your accord today?

And are you trying to slam your car or just lower it enough to cover the wheel gap?

What'd you do to your accord today?

Thanks. I currently have BC racing coilovers, extreme drop kit. I love them so far I have them at the highest setting in the front right now so they can put you to the ground. What is your budget? I can help you with some recommendations

My 02 Accord Sedan SE 2.3

Hello everyone I've been a 6thgenaccord member for about a year but just starting to get used to this site. I've had my accord for two years now. It used to be my older brother's car but I bought if from him making it my first car. A big reason why I got this car was because my brother took...

Clunk coming from front passenger side

I've been reading other threads about getting a camber kit or not and I've seen a lot of people say we don't need them for our accords. What would you recommend? Will it make a difference on the tire wear with aftermarket balljoints vs OEM ones?

Clunk coming from front passenger side

Hello everyone sorry for making a thread about this. I know there are more members with the same problem but I ran out of ideas on how to fix my problem. I bought my car from my brother it's a 2002 accord SE and he had spc camber kit on it for 5+years. When I lowered my car it would clunk...

Hi I was looking through the rear lip section and I saw your accord which is the same model as mine. It looks really nice and I saw that you have the WW rear lip on it. I have been wanting to buy one for my car but I was just wondering if you had to modify it so it can fit?

Thanks I'm from Salinas,CA. I agree I'm on tein coilovers but they don't go that low. Soon im going to get the function and firm type 1 coilovers soon. Based on what I've seen and heard, they are nice and go much more low than the tein

Yea I love how smooth the Teins are but I have my car maxed out and I still have wheel gap. I am willing to take the risk and see how the type 1's go. I hope its a good decision in the end lol.

Thanks, Yea I think the spring rates on the Teins are like 7kg front and 5kg for the back and the Function and Form coilovers are like 12kg front and 6kg back. I could get the type 2's but I would have to pay around 1k to get the 8kg spring rates.
