    And as far as the bad trans goes, I really am suspicious that they never even installed a reman. I think they charged Honda for the warranty work and trans and patched mine. But until I can figure out the numbers on the trans I have no way of proving what I am accusing them of.

    AND, I am pretty darn sure that the service guy told me it was a 3/36 trans when I picked up the car last time. Although it is no where on the paperwork. It just states that they replaced the trans at no cost. Why the heck wouldn't you tell a customer that it is not covered?

    But the number on the sticker on the timing cover matches the numbers on the trans? It is now shifting hard on a cold start and the axle bearings are noisy. I don't know if it is bad or not but at 39K it sure as heck shouldn't be!
