Help!Removing OEM ugly Stripe!

Tq and HP question! help!
Alright so i got a 5spd I4, NGK wires and plugs along with a SRI and Magnaflow catback....... from 1-3rd gear it pulls alot and after that there is a great amount of tq lost.... i still wanted to put dc 4 2 1 header on it.... that will give more hp but less tq.... what can i do assuming i have...- valdivia187

question 1 I traded my 98accord lx for a auto 99 ex F23a1 of course... it has a SRI ebay intake and Full magna flow catback with a high flow cat... the hp and pull is great on 1-3gear but when im on the freeway the tq sucks.... think if i get a AEM sri and DC headers it will make up...- valdivia187
