    Cross-Threaded Lug Nuts

    It seems to happen to me a lot. I generally use a breaker bar whenever I loosen lug nuts and a torque wrench to tighten to 90lbs-ft (I think that's what the manual says). I'm annoyed by this and I am wondering if it's a common issue and if there is a way to prevent it.
