LTBMotorsports - Ebay Store

Do NOT deal with these guys. I ordered a shift knob for one of my friends three weeks ago just before the Memorial day holiday weekend. Obviously I would expect it to take a few days to ship. Told it was shipped USPS. One week, no package. Two weeks, no package. Several emails later, not even one answer from them. It took a phone call and another email to their sales dept to only have them tell us that "We don't need your money to get rich" - WOW - "check with USPS"

So we check with USPS, their records indicate a label being printed, but nothing has shipped. Now I have to file a claim through paypal and they come back with the same answer as before.

I don't know what kind of people work there or who handles their ebay account but they need to take some classes on customer service. Every response they've given me hasn't been any help to solve the problem. It's basically a "It's your problem, not ours" attitude.

Sorry to hear that dude... it sounds a lot like my HP Autoworks story...

It's not eBay.... its the people that sell on eBay.... never did understand why people call it eGay.... if you have an issue with it don't buy stuff




Greg that really sucks man, complete opposite of my most recent transaction on there. Got a pair of fogs and opened the box and all that was in the box was the lights, sent the seller an email and they called me later that day telling me they were shipping out another set and that I could keep the ones that I already have.

greg, if u paid thru paypal (credit card), u can always call the credit card company and have them credit u back the money as the seller did not send u the item

I never understood why people would blame Ebay itself or not "trust" ebay. It's the people that sell on ebay that you should trust/not trust. I buy from ebay all the time.
