Do NOT deal with these guys. I ordered a shift knob for one of my friends three weeks ago just before the Memorial day holiday weekend. Obviously I would expect it to take a few days to ship. Told it was shipped USPS. One week, no package. Two weeks, no package. Several emails later, not even one answer from them. It took a phone call and another email to their sales dept to only have them tell us that "We don't need your money to get rich" - WOW - "check with USPS"
So we check with USPS, their records indicate a label being printed, but nothing has shipped. Now I have to file a claim through paypal and they come back with the same answer as before.
I don't know what kind of people work there or who handles their ebay account but they need to take some classes on customer service. Every response they've given me hasn't been any help to solve the problem. It's basically a "It's your problem, not ours" attitude.
