Sick And Tired Of Spam Threads!!!!

OK i, along with the rest of the members, have been putting up with the **** for a few weeks..and this week i have been pushed over the line..WHY DOESN'T AN ADMIN DO SOMETHING??? I come on the site daily and there are on average about 5 or more a day...then lately it has been just tons of porn sites...I was just going to let this fly, but other members have come to me saying how bad the site has gotten for allowing these..

I have tried to tell you (admin/mods) how to fix this but the thread always get closed..so i have decided to start my own so other members can respond too..All you need are those boxes where you have to type in the set of #'s and letters to join..that would solve the bot problem i believe..if not just check any other site and they must have ways...this is the only site that has this problem and it gets worse everyday..SO DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!!

yea i hate it too...can't visit here from work anymore cause of those bad thread titles...some are really vulgar too.....please save this forum

theres a swear filter on the site, but it still lets all these go. not only is it embarrasing but its straight up offensive to see threads about such things.

hands down the best way to fight spam on this site will be to update vbulletin to the latest version and start image verification during signup, and admins should start banning all emails address' that are used to sign up for spamming.

its been goin on long enuf for us to make a few threads abt it. if its been this long with no comment on how their gonna stop it, then its not a top priority to them.

Listen - I've already brought it up b/c I delete/ban about 6 or more a day.

I brought up the idea for the image verification AND having to wait for someone to acknowledge your profile (admin) AND having an e-mail sent to them before they can be registered on the site a LOOOOONG time ago. Trust me, its been discussed but there's only 2 admin on here, Blacknight and Wildman.

I'm just as sick and tired of it as you guys.
