03 civic bumper?

i was wondering if i can mod a 03 civic sedan bumper to fit my 00' accord sedan bc my sister got a new car and isnt using her 03 civic anymore so i was wondering if i can do a conversion with her bumpers

the thing with the car is that it has like heating problems even tho we changed the radiator already the car has tons of problems and would cost to much to fix it up
