UPDATE-Case is cracked, take it for the internal parts or scrap metal
this is from the 4 cylinder ULEV motor
first and second shift hard and slip a little, third gets better and fourth has no issues. When slowing down to a light it jerks a little going back into first gear. I couldn't handle it so I bought a new transmission from japan and have this one. If you know how to rebuild this would be a good candidate for that. I also have a couple of videos if you would like to see how it shifted before I pulled it out.

My buddy works at an importer. I can get you a low mile transmission(60,000 kilometers which is approx. 45,000 US miles) for $600 delivered anywhere in Orange County and to select cities in the Inland Empire and LA County. Transmissions require a $100 deposit via paypal or cash. I will meet up with you before I get the transmission.
If you arent very handy I can install the transmission for much less than other shops. I did not want to do it but the best deal I could find was $2200 so in order to save money I did it myself.
