what are you going to do about your tires and suspension? i see wheel spin through 3rd gear with those numbers and street tires..lol just curious since iv heard here anything over 300whp is almost wasted through wheelhop and spin.

Check my last posting fellas...I said upgrading wires would be mostly for looks. I don't expect (or need) to get any gains out of them. I just like a nicely put together engine bay. The wires would really just be to make it look good and something else to put on my build sheet for car shows.

I'm down to do that in June. However it would be a 22 hour drive for me... lol... but either way, i'm down....

I know, I know..... well being that its winter season, kind of tricky now, but if you got your car next season I should try to head out there...

Shahid, if you're down...I'm willing to make that long *** 15 hour drive just to see both of your rides.

Suspension has been upgraded to Tein SS coilovers all around. I may also add antisway bars, but still debating. I've got the EDFC for the Teins so I'll have to see how the car feels first and then with the push of a button, I can adjust the damping as desired. I'll probably stiffen the rear a bit since I'll be trying to keep the weight over the front as much as possible and a stiffened rear suspension will help prevent front to rear weight transfer under hard acceleration. I don't know why people say that anything over " " is wasted...if that were true, a 300whp would beat a 600whp car since the extra 300whp on the second car would be "wasted".

I've also changed out the wheels and tires to 7.5" and 225mm width Falkens (tires). I originally bought 8.5" XXR wheels with 235mm tires but that was too big for the car. I might try the 235mm tires on the 7.5" wheels and see how that goes or I might just buy 8.0" wheels and a totally different set of tires, but I'll have to see how the set that I've got on it now does. I definitely don't want 2 extra sets of wheels and top of the line tires sitting in my garage doing nothing. So I'll see how my existing setup does and go from there.

gotcha..i have 235/45s on my 7.5..they pretty thick..lol

I would definitely make the trip to go see your two cars hands down! Plus i've never been to New York....!

Let me know how the traction works out for you with the LSD, suspension setup, and tires. very curious, got a similar setup and same goals....

I would definitely make the trip to go see your two cars hands down! Plus i've never been to New York....!

Are you driving up there? It would be nice if you can make it in June...we'd have a bunch of 350+whp 6th gen's tearing the lane paint off of the asphalt in the big apple!
