2 "red" and green bar below your sn means?

sorry if this has been talked about already, but i cant find it. i used 2 bars. 2 color bars. 2 color bars below you screen name, 2 bars below sn. 2 red and green bar... so on lol. so i tried. what does the 2 bars below your screen name mean?

Really, until your bars are reaching the end, it's not as special.

I was referring to the bars under our username, but I'm thinking some are longer than others depending on the length of the username.
